Deposit Requirements:
We require a non-refundable deposit of US$ 20 to secure your appointment slot. The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash or cashapp. If payment page doesn't show please send deposit to CashApp to - 240-701-9171.
Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation. Contact us via 240-638-8514.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so from the email confirmation. To Cancel please call us on 240-638-8514, 24 hours before appointment time.
Tardiness (Lateness)
If you are running late, please notify us via a phone call or text message

No show Appointments
No show appointments will be charged full price of the cost of the service and may not be allowed from booking with us in the future.
SOCIAL MEDIA (VIDEO & PICTURE) POLICY
We understands how important your privacy is to you and we want to ensure that you are comfortable and understand that we take pride in protecting your privacy. We take pictures and videos of our clients hairstyles to showcase on our social media pages and on our website.
Clients who would not want pictures of themselves and their hairstyle be taken kindly notify us before service begins.
NB: Your hair must be 4' (inches) long, washed and blownn dry straight before service or we will wash it for you for an extra US$ 10. No oils in your hair. Styles can be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting touch up.
Prices may vary depending on your hair length.
